How do you feel in your body? Do you accept yourself – your shape, your skin, your smell, your weight? Do you like to touch yourself? Do you like what you see in the mirror?
How much do you feel like yourself – not the person you "should be", but truly yourself? How much can you express yourself, without shame, without fear?
How well do you know your boundaries – and can you defend them?
How much do you know what brings you pleasure – and can you show the way to it?
These are not rhetorical questions. I ask because for a long time I couldn't answer them honestly myself. For a long time, I was taking away my own life. My "no" was trampled and ignored by the person closest to me at the time. There was no room for pleasure. There was no room for self-expression.
Taboos concerning the female body
There are so many taboos around female expression in the world that it makes one want to speak about it even louder.
The female body is sexualized. Shamed. Judged. Turned into an object – of someone else's gaze, someone else's judgment, someone else's desire, or someone else's disgust. In this noise, it's very difficult to hear oneself. Very difficult to look at oneself and see not what others see – but what truly is. And to embrace one's beautiful feminine being.
Because the female body is a work of art. A divine vessel. Something that can create extraordinary energy within itself – give life, create love, fill spaces with power.
This is not vulgarity. This is not provocation. This is not an object without boundaries.
About comments
I regularly encounter the sexualization of my content. I receive comments – mainly from men – in which exactly this perspective shines through: objectifying, appropriating, disrespecting boundaries.
I usually ignore them. Not out of weakness – but out of understanding. Everyone fills the world with what they themselves are filled with. This is not my story.
My story is different.
I want to show the female body as beauty. As art. As a source of attraction and inspiration – not for someone else's gaze, but primarily for herself.
Because a woman who lives in contact with her body has the power to change the world.
