How to exchange your silver for jewelry
1. Fill out the form
To participate in the program, fill out a short form — provide your name, surname, phone number, and email address.
2. Receive your ID and workshop address
After filling out the form, you will receive an email from us with a unique customer number (ID) and the address of our partner jewelry workshop in Warsaw, where you can bring your silver.
3. Bring silver to the workshop
Hand over your silver to the jeweler. They will inspect the items, check the purity, weigh them, and provide us with information about the weight and quality of the metal.
4. Receive valuation and coupon
Based on the weight and quality of the silver, we will calculate its value and send you a coupon for the appropriate amount. The coupon allows you to pay up to 50% of the value of any jewelry from our website.
5. Choose jewelry and use the coupon
Select any product on the website and enter your coupon number when placing the order.
If the coupon value exceeds 50% of the product price — we will automatically create a second coupon for the remaining amount.
6. Use the rest later
You can use the remaining coupon amount at any time within one year. The coupon has an expiration date because the price of silver changes and we cannot permanently freeze it.
Important! We do not return silver remnants or exchange them for cash.
