Who we are

What data we collect

Order data: name, delivery and billing address, e-mail, phone number, order details. Payment data is processed by payment providers — we do not see or store full card numbers.
Contact data: what you send us through the contact form or by e-mail.
Newsletter: your e-mail address, if you subscribe.
Device data: IP address, browser, pages visited and similar information collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it

to fulfil your order, deliver it and handle returns and complaints (performance of the contract);
to keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation);
to answer your messages, prevent fraud and improve our website (legitimate interest);
to send the newsletter and show marketing — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers we need to run the shop: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment providers, delivery companies (InPost, DHL, FedEx), e-mail marketing and analytics tools, and our accountant. Some of them may process data outside the EU (for example in the USA or Canada) under appropriate safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order data — for as long as required by tax and accounting law (usually 5 years). Newsletter data — until you unsubscribe. Other data — as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to touch@gorechik.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
