Shipping policy

 

We use the FedEx International delivery. It takes from 1 to 8 business days to bring You our pieces. 

How much does shipping cost?

• Poland: 5€ (next day delivery)
• EU: 10€
• USA and Canada: 25€

Orders are shipped from Warsaw. You will receive a tracking number within 3 to 5 business days from the moment when the product release date arrives. In case of delivery to inaccessible or dangerous regions, please contact us at store@gorechik.com. We will contact You with any concerns, if they will.

You have 14 day for free return (only applies to unworn pieces). If you made a mistake with the ring size, you will need to cover the new delivery costs. We will send you a payment link for this purpose.

When the order has crossed the border of the buyer's country, the customer is responsible for accepting the order and contacting the local delivery office. If the goods are lost or not delivered due to the fault of the courier, the buyer must inform us about this. We will demand a refund of the cost of the package from the delivery company and send a new package to the buyer. 

If the delivery address is in a country outside the European Union, you automatically become an importer. Please note that all shipments with destinations outside the EU are subject to VAT fees and import taxes to be paid by the recipient upon delivery. GORECHIK Jewellery will not be made responsible for the payment of these costs. In case of refusal of delivery, the shipment will be abandoned unless GORECHIK Jewellery collects it by assuming the customs fees. The amount for the customs charges paid by GORECHIK to release the shipment will be deducted from the value of the purchase.
