Setta Lian jacket Earrings

Two-part earrings: a small stud in front and a lace jacket that fastens behind the earlobe. It sways softly with every movement, like breath.

I made the pattern after old lace — threads woven into a pattern, like destinies intertwined through time. These earrings were inspired by my family line, where women passed their knowledge on to their daughters and granddaughters, generation after generation. Every knot of the lace holds its own piece of knowledge.

They remind me of home. Of how far we can travel and scatter across the world — and still be bound by our stories. And by invisible threads.

Setta Lian continues the line of the ear, as if it had grown with it. The stud can also be worn without the jacket — then only a small dot of silver remains. The same lace motif lives in the Tharel ring.
