GORECHIK Jewellery offers unique, handcrafted jewelry made from high-quality precious metals. We strive to make our products as affordable as possible by reducing costs. However, the customer covers the shipping costs for any purchase up to 300 euros.

Returning a Product

General Return Conditions:
- Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt. The return is free of charge, with no return shipping costs, as long as the items are in new, original condition.
- Products that are damaged due to improper use are not eligible for return.
Return for Wrong Size:
- If a customer selected the wrong ring size or other item and wishes to exchange it, they are required to pay for the return shipping and the delivery of the new item.
- In the case of an exchange, GORECHIK Jewellery will refund the customer the reduced purchase amount based on the FedEx invoice, which reflects the return shipping cost.
Return Confirmation:
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, GORECHIK will send a confirmation email regarding the return and refund.
- If this email is not received within three weeks of sending the return, customers should contact customer service with their order and tracking number.

Warranty and Return Process

Product Warranty:
- Every GORECHIK Jewellery piece comes with a 3-month warranty from the delivery date, covering factory defects.
- If a defect covered by the warranty is found, customers should contact store@gorechik.com to receive a free replacement.
Warranty Exclusions:
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by unauthorized repairs, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

Order Changes or Cancellation

Changing or Cancelling an Order:
- To change or cancel an order, customers should contact customer service at store@gorechik.com within 24 hours of purchase.
- Changes to the shipping address can only be made if the order has not yet been shipped.
